When you fill out a form or contact us, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, information about the property you own (such as county, state, parcel details, and any comments you provide), any reference number from a mailer, and the content of your communications with us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We also record consent details when you opt in to text messages (see Section 4), including a timestamp, the page URL, and the exact consent language shown to you.

4. SMS / text messaging program
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Land Farm Geo LLC about your property and any offer to purchase it. These may include recurring, automated messages.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or other service. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to sell us your land or to receive an offer.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
